Surprise at the Torrevieja Stroke Support Group Christmas party

Members of the Torrevieja Stroke Support Group, TSSG, were treated to a surprise visit by Scottish piper Donnie Macdiarmid at their Christmas party in La Siesta last Friday.

Donnie entertained the guests with his very popular Christmas medley. He finished off the performance with a number of well-known hymns and finally Scotland the Brave.

TSSG is based at the Annex behind Age Concern in La Siesta and offer support for stroke patients and their families with weekly meetings every Friday from 2.45. The group provide invaluable advice and information as well as physical and psychological therapy.
