This is the programme for November.

I am pleased to let you know that we have enlisted the support of Alida Kirwan to help us provide art one Friday each month.  She has taught art for some years in the UK before moving to Spain, and is offering to help people use pastels and crayon as well as the usual paints.  Alida will start with us on November 15^th.

 Louie’s project on making personalised Christmas cards will be on November 15^th as well.  Colin has kindly agreed to take the photographs for the cards on November 8^th, so best frocks are required on those taking part in the project on that day.  There will be a small charge of 2 euros for the photograph to cover Colin’s costs.

In November we will be starting a monthly raffle.  Tickets will be on sale all through the month, as well as the first prize, there will also be a small “booby” prize on offer.  Tickets are 50 cents each or 5 for 2 euros.

On December 13^th, we will be arranging a special Christmas carvery at Carmens Bar and Restaurant in El Chaparral.  The cost of the meal is 7.95 euros for 3 courses.  Please sign up during November as I have to confirm places with the restaurant.

Finally, we are very lucky to have Christine Quinlan giving us a talk and demonstration on reflexology.  She does other therapies as well.  Christine is promising a more “hands on” approach at the session and said to me that we can use hands instead of feet if we wish!!!
